Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

To cancel a booking made through our website, in person, by phone, or through our partner channels, please adhere to the following:

  1. Send a written cancellation request via email to support@skyoneluxury.com from your registered email address (if applicable).
  2. Clearly state your intention to cancel the reservation in your email.
  3. For bookings made through travel agencies such as Booking.com or Airbnb, all cancellation requests must be submitted via the respective partner platform.

General Cancellation and Refund Rules

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing between the Guest and Sky One Luxury, the following terms apply to all reservations:

  • Sky One Luxury reserves the right to retain the security deposit, down payment, reservation fee, or rental amount to cover applicable charges as outlined above.

By confirming a reservation, all Guests acknowledge and agree to:
