GUESTS & VISITORS
All Guests and Visitors must be registered with Sky One Luxury at least 24 hours in advance, with valid IDs presented to both Sky One Luxury and community security/reception. Access may be delayed or denied if this requirement is not met.
Guests and Visitors must comply with these House Rules and the community’s regulations.
Children under 14 years must be supervised in all recreation areas.
Guests are responsible for their visitors’ behavior and ensuring compliance with these rules.
Visitor limits: One adult and one child under 14 per bedroom, up to a maximum of six visitors unless otherwise approved.
Visitors are permitted between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM and may not remain on the property from 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
Access to community facilities like pools and gyms may be restricted for visitors based on community rules.

NOISE/DISTURBANCE TO NEIGHBORS
Avoid creating noise that could disturb neighbors, particularly between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Do not enter or use neighbors’ properties or belongings.
Report any disputes or complaints to Sky One Luxury promptly.
Anti-social behavior is strictly prohibited.
GATHERINGS OR FUNCTIONS
All parties and gatherings are STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
USE OF COMMUNITY FACILITIES
Follow the community’s set timings for using amenities like swimming pools and spas.
No glassware is allowed in pool areas.
Take reasonable precautions to ensure safety, especially for children.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES
Standard check-in: 2:00 PM for apartments, 3:00 PM for villas.
Standard check-out: 11:00 AM for apartments, 12:00 PM for villas.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a charge equivalent to a full-night stay.
Early check-in/check-out is subject to availability and prior approval; additional charges apply.
Inspect the property upon check-in and report major damages within 24 hours.
Notify Sky One Luxury if absent for more than seven consecutive days to allow property inspections.
BARBEQUE
Barbeques are not allowed in apartments, balconies, or terraces. Use designated areas approved by Sky One Luxury or the community.
SMOKING
Smoking (including shisha/hookah) is strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors for safety reasons.
NO PET POLICY
No, pets are not allowed to stay in the units.
ALTERATIONS
No alterations to the property are allowed without prior written consent.
WASTE DISPOSAL
Dispose of garbage in designated bins and areas. Do not leave waste in public or common areas.
PARKING
Park only in designated areas as instructed by Sky One Luxury.
